Water run part 3

Part 3 of my water run..
Running for me is so healing. it just let’s me forget and let go.
I went on a 10 km ru this evening after work. I ran at a pace of 4:42 minutes. That’s fantastic, considering that a bit more than five years ago I could barely run 2 km, because I was smoking too hard and, apart from that, was fully untrained.
Get outside and move to your roots!
