Work with your whole body!
Often enough I have blocks of pretty much physical work to do. This time it was clearing up a piece of garden that we rented end of last year. There was loads to do and even though I had borrowed an excavator for the really tough work, there was loads of weight to lift and move and loads of digging and so on to do by hand.

After a long weeks hard work I was really whacked this last Sunday; the week had been unusually strenuous and I had hardly got round to training. So after spending some time with my family I went off for an easy training run with some exercise inbetween, keeping it all playful and investigative.
Start your day with a good breakfast
After a good night’s sleep it’s always a great idea to start our day with a good breakfast. Here’s one of my last morning meals; I thoroughly enjoyed it and it really didn’t take long to make.
First I put some Coconut oil in the pan and stirred some organic tumeric powder into it.
