Enjoy my new video. These scenes of me practising my balance were made a few months ago. Walking the bear-walk along the limbs of a tree is a great way to practise balance and become earthed at the same time.

Winter seemed so far away the last two weeks. Even though the wind had blown off almost all the leaves from the trees, it was so incredibly mild and warm, with temperatures up to 20° C. Now the autumn is catching up with us again, and some scientists say we are likely to experience the coldest winter we’ve had for fifty years.
