Samhain, Halloween and Pumpkins
Samhain, as I am used to calling this day in our yearly cycle, Halloween, as this day is usually called. However we name it, this is the end of summer, the trees are losing their leaves, the weather is becoming colder and colder, the nights are obviously a bit longer than the days and everything is slowing down.
