Running off path – stabilizing your body.

20160904crossrun_me_03Regularly I go running, next to my other training. My mobility and strength training is probably what really keeps me fit, but I have this urge to move, to be on my way somewhere and really switch off while I’m on my way. I feel that this is also perfectly natural. In fact I’m sure we all should be running and walking more.

The magic of the moon

full_moonWe’ve just passed the full moon again, and as often it’s brought a change in weather. I do always have an eye on the moon, and know when she is waxing and when she is waning. I also tend to watch myself, my health, my moods, the communication within my relationships and so on, in correlation with the moon’s phases, and in correlation with the particular season of year.

Fast and smooth – Tomato power

tomtoe-basilPaleo breakfast, really fast… or something for the regeneration break in between. How about this really quick and easy tomato smoothie? Feel u need a bit more than that? Boil two eggs while your making it and eat them with your tomato smoothie, or nibble a hand full of nuts.
