Going barefoot – how to get strong at it!

Hey Wild Ones… How is it with you? Walking barefoot? Summer Solstice is just over, the days are longest now, and we have at least three more months of summery weather. If we’re lucky, even more. Now going out barefoot is most fun. Because of the warm season, our bodies are more relaxed, learn easily and we are more unlikely to get injured.

This morning smoothie will keep you going for hours!

Hey Wild ones, try this smoothie out! This one kept me going for hours, including a 16km run at a pace of 5:28mins per km. And I still wasn’t hungry. All I needed was a good drink of water and then I felt like having a coffee, which I did.
