7 reasons to go barefoot!

barefoot02One of the greatest rooting exercises for me is also one of the easiest and most natural; walking barefoot! It is something we’ve evolutionary grown up with and even though in the western world today we seem to have forgotten about it, it is one of our most basic capabilities and one of the natural things we should do as often as possible to keep rooted and healthy.
