Natural Running – Grass Roam
Here’s me barefoot roaming and running out in some grassland near home. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was roaming for about three hours before I got back to the car. So this of course a tiny little exerpt of my roam.
Go outside and connect with nature as often as you can! Move in nature and get really energized.
Really, if I get home from a hard day’s physical work and feel absolutely finished, the best thing for me is to get out in nature for a little bit and become playful. Just to see wht’s there and be creative with it and get into some kind of wild movement boosts my energy level like nothing else.
Get outside & move to your roots!
