Start your day with a good breakfast
After a good night’s sleep it’s always a great idea to start our day with a good breakfast. Here’s one of my last morning meals; I thoroughly enjoyed it and it really didn’t take long to make.
First I put some Coconut oil in the pan and stirred some organic tumeric powder into it.
Tumeric has curcumin in it and that is a great potion against body-inflammation; but it needs fat to become extracted and useful.
Then I added some fresh ginger and a finely chopped onion; ginger is also a good immune system booster. After about two minutes I put three eggs into my pan, added freshly ground pepper, finely cut garlic and a pinch of himalayan mountain salt, some fresh parsley and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
While all this was cooking on a very small flame I made my salad; I used postelein with terragon and fresh garlic, ground some pepper onto it, added a bit of himalaya salt, lemon juice and olive oil, and sprinkled some sesame seeds in before mixing it all togeher.
With a good mug of black tea I had wonderfully delicious breakfast. All in all it took about 15 minutes to make. I think we really deserve this kind of goodness to start our day with lots of energy!
Get outside and move to your roots!
