This morning smoothie will keep you going for hours!

Hey Wild ones, try this smoothie out! This one kept me going for hours, including a 16km run at a pace of 5:28mins per km. And I still wasn’t hungry. All I needed was a good drink of water and then I felt like having a coffee, which I did.

But enough of that. Now I’ll tell you all about the smoothie, of course you can see it more clearly in the video I made for you below.

what I put in was:
1 avocado
1 raw egg
the juice of 1/2 lime
250ml of coconut milk
250ml of water
fresh peppermint
fresh coriander
chilli powder
