Today a powerful smoothie, one with the force!!

One big aspect of becoming rooted is nutrition. Only a healthy and balanced diet consisting of natural foods will allow our bodies to become and remain clean; will help us to be rooted and happy and full of energy to do what is ours to do. Our body is the temple of our soul and ourselves, so let’s treat it in a good way and it will hold and transform energy for us when- and where-ever we need it. The following creation of mine is one recipe I’d like to share with you. I find it delicious.

This smoothie is so full of energy and so deliciously exotic and refreshing, you just have to try it. You need:
– a medium glass of coconut water
– a tablespoon of honey (helps if it’s runny)
– a level teaspoon of ginger at the most
– 8 or 9 brazil nuts
– a half a banana
– juice of half a lime
– a handful of fresh spinach
– some fresh dill
– optionally a few fresh wild herbs, mint or balm go perfectly

Mix the coconut water with the nuts, the banana and the pre-chopped ginger first to make sure they chop down really smooth. Then put the rest in the mixer. The results are great. Now enjoy!
