Well I’m sure this must be what you were all waiting for, wild-horse’s Smooth Monkey.

I enjoy drinking smoothies, green ones and other colourerd ones and I love eating delicious foods. I also love creating dishes and drinks. I have never used recipes much, I just have tried loads of stuff out because I thoroughly enjoy experimenting with all kinds of tastes. I cook for my family and myself almost daily and I think we’re all quite happy with that.

Here’s the Smooth Monkey, one great smoothie I created in may 2014, but never posted. This one is one of those power-drinks that I enjoy! Lot’s of green, lot’s of juice, fresh herbs and lovely spices; I really love this one.

Here are the ingredients:

You need:
– a big glas of coconut water
– about 2 tablespoons of hempseeds
– a small handful of brazil- and kashew-nuts
– a teaspoonful of chopped fresh ginger
– a half to one hot red chillie
– one tablespoon of runny honey
– one avocado
– the juice of one large orange
– the juice of one lime
– some fresh peppermint
– some fresh thai-basil (holy basil)
– a large handful of fresh spinach
