MoveRoot is an invitation to reconnect with our natural roots, to move back to the core of who we are. In this case we feel that moving back is moving forward.
We seek connection to our roots in the natural world, as at our roots we are truly natural beings.
Physical movement exercised outside in a natural environment earths us and brings us closer to the roots of being human and becoming one with our mother planet. Being still and quiet, breathing in and out and becoming centred in nature helps us into strength.
Moving back into our centre and becoming rooted allows us to create new movement and walk strong paths in our lives.
