Nature’s cycles & a wild paleo life – winter solstice
Monday night was winter solstice, the longest night in the year. I was invited out for a great meal with friends that evening, followed by a great back yard bonfire in an old rusty oil barrel (of course clean of oil).
So that’s what urban paleo life can look like, a really easy and fun way to keep in touch with the natural cycles.
So many people in the wealthy western world have lost all contact to nature and natural cycles and seasons. By no longer being tuned in we get irritated and stressed, we try to compensate but lose energy trying to force ourselves to control our real needs.
Here’s a little film with a few words from me on the subject.
