Go out, explore, unwind – Get lost!

Sometimes the circumstances demand a lot of effort, and we have an unusual amount to do. As long as it’s not always like that, that’s fine. So is my situation at the moment, and has been for a while. All the more important it is to regenerate here and there, and to really switch off. Here, I’d like to give you an idea of one of my favourite ways of switching off.

You will certainly have noticed that I love spending time outdoors, and obviously that’s where I’ll go to unwind. For myself I’ve found out that following my intuition and just getting lost in a situation that catches my attention out in nature is one of the easiest ways for me to leave all my thoughts behind. In my following video the situation I dive into is one that most people would probably try to avoid, which made it all the more fun for me, because first, that makes it kind of special and second, I knew I was definitely going to meet no-one accept may be a few animals.
