water run part 2
Well here’s the second part of five short videos covering my 15 km water run. Really it’s all about being and feeling natural, switching off and becoming one with nature. This is why I’m posting these short films; it’s all about becoming truly connected.
In this video I personally love the impression of water in combination with the music. It seems to me, to enhance the eerie feeling we humans often have when approaching water, with all it’s myths and tales. A habitat we can move in as visitors only, as we need air to breathe.
I’m sure that our ancestors had great respect for water, whether as a lake, a river or the sea. Surely many of them would have connected to great waters to gather and hunt food, yet always being careful where to tread.
