Local public facilities – trim path

Driving my son to his Gran’s the other day, I was on my way back home, when I decided to take a short detour and have a little run through the nearby woods, a beautiful bit of mixed forest, to get some moving and a breath of fresh air. I hardly ever take running shoes and clothes with me, because I am always dressed in comfortable and functional clothes anyway. So I am prepared to move as much as I want at any given time.

One special feature about this piece of woodland is that there’s a trim path integrated in part of it, with various basic gadgets to do all sorts of exercises on. So when I do go to this particular place, I enjoy trying them all out. I think this kind of facility can be found in many places, and it’s always worth having a go.

Same goes for some playgrounds or publicly accessable school facilities.
