There’s always time to work out.

There’s always time to work out.

sweatThis time I was on my way home from quite a tough day with lot’s of things to do and I knew the evening was not going to be one to hang around in. so I decided to stop half way home in a place where I knew there was a bit of green and have a really short work-out;

quick, without a warm-up and without a cool-down, just like some everyday life situations are.

This time I just jumped out of the car, and got my shorts on. Then I put the camera on it’s tripod and went for it. Three exercises, 21/15/9 repeats.

This certainly worked well for me on that day; I got out of breath, my heart was pounding and my metabolism was put to work for lot’s lot’s longer than my workout and my whole drive home put together. Of course it’s good to warm up properly and also to cool down; this is more a matter of using the opportunity that is there. It certainly did me loads of good.

This is of course just a tiny example of a quick and intense work-out. There are truely endless patterns and forms that a work-out could have. This leaves loads of room to experiment.

Get outside and move to your roots!
