Work-outs that get you lean
Wow what a great autumn weekend! I was out in the fields near where we live yesterday for a run through the vineyards.
Usually I personally prefere uncultivated places like woodland or marshland, but when autumn comes I regularly go out for a roam in this kind of place on my own or with my family.
I love to watch the vine-leaves gradually changing colour as the days get shorter and colder.
Instead of just running distance or staying in one place working out with various exercises I trained in short intervals of running, then doing a variety of exercises. I chose to go barefoot too. This way I had the running and I had the `keeping your body strong and lean work-out´, I had the rooting effect of being barefoot and could investigate the area and enjoy the scenery at the same time.
