There’s always time to work out.

sweatThis time I was on my way home from quite a tough day with lot’s of things to do and I knew the evening was not going to be one to hang around in. so I decided to stop half way home in a place where I knew there was a bit of green and have a really short work-out;

quick, without a warm-up and without a cool-down, just like some everyday life situations are.

winPose01Wow what a great autumn weekend! I was out in the fields near where we live yesterday for a run through the vineyards.

Usually I personally prefere uncultivated places like woodland or marshland, but when autumn comes I regularly go out for a roam in this kind of place on my own or with my family.
